Lessons by level, families who book themselves, grades tracked, holiday camps filled in advance. And one invoice per household, not per child. Free for life for your ponies; invoicing stays optional.
It is not the riding that tires you. It is everything around it.
Forty lessons, six instructors, children changing level mid-year and parents calling to “just move it”. The paper timetable holds until October.
Three riders, three packages, three ten-lesson cards... and one mum who pays. If each child is a separate client, invoicing becomes a puzzle and unpaid bills hide inside it.
Sign-ups by text message, cash deposits, a waiting list in a notebook. Every holiday is reorganised from scratch, and nobody really knows how many places are left on Friday evening.
Designed with pony clubs, for instructors whose hands are full.
Example of use: this is not a real client.
Thirty-eight lessons a week, four instructors, sixty families with several children. Parents book and reschedule from their phone; the autumn half-term camps are full by mid-September, deposits taken. The manager stopped answering the phone during lessons, and her unpaid bills went from eight per cent to under one per cent in a season: the reminder goes out by itself, she no longer has to send it.
Pony records, care, timetable and grade records are free for life, no card required. You only pay if you invoice with Equimondo. No commitment.
Yes. Each family has its own account: they see the lessons for their child's level, book, cancel within the notice you set and get a reminder the day before. You stop answering the phone during the Wednesday lesson.
It is the rule: riders are attached to a family account. One invoice per household, a package shareable between siblings if you decide so, and a single reminder if it runs late.
Every rider has a record: current grade, skills signed off by the instructor, date of the last assessment. Parents see it in their account, and you build your lessons by level at a glance.
They are events with limited places: online sign-up, deposit taken at booking, automatic waiting list once full. The balance is paid on site or online, your choice.
